"Cross was my agent and he did a wonderful job at being patient with me as I was trying to take care of switching over my car insurance and homeowners insurance comparing apples to oranges and showing me all the wonderful things that State Farm has to offer as opposed to my other company I was with. Cross also did a good job as following up with me as we can get in the way of being able to deliver callbacks in a timely manner.
